NOVIQ Refund Policy

If NOVIQ isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your order reference (or the email address used at checkout) and we'll process the refund through Paddle.

The free version has every feature, so please try it before you buy: it is the best way to know NOVIQ is right for your show.

Once a refund is issued, your license ends and you agree to stop using the paid version. Your license key is withdrawn: the next time NOVIQ starts after your computer has been online, it no longer unlocks the paid version. A show that is already running is never interrupted. From then on NOVIQ plays only the first setlist and its first five songs; nothing in your library is removed.

Refunds are limited to one per customer. A purchase made after a previous refund may not be refunded again.

Refunds requested after 14 days are handled at our discretion.
